Employee Meal Policy
One of the best things about working at Church’s Chicken is the food. It’s great and you receive 50% on any individual meal that is personally consumed while in the restaurant for a scheduled shift. In addition all soft drinks (except bottled drinks) are available to you free of charge during all breaks and immediately prior or following a scheduled shift.
You are also eligible for a 50% discount on food purchased for your personal consumption at Church’s Chicken location where you work.

Restaurant Food Policy
At closing (or as designated by your Manager), all extra products will be thrown away. No leftover or waste produce is to be consumed or taken off the restaurant premises at anytime. Food or Food products may not be given away free of charge unless circumstances are warranted under the restaurant’s promo policy. Giving away food without permission from the Manager is considered theft and would be grounds for disciplinary action. All food sales must be rung up at the point of the transaction.

Promo Policy
At times mistakes are made and it is your responsibility to rectify the concerns and turn a potentially negative experience into a positive one. This may require the replacement of the customers order or providing and alternate product if there may be an excessive wait for their order or if products were missing, cold, etc….
Any product provided to rectify a negative experience must still be entered into the register, “promo’d” and a receipt printed and signed by both the employee and the Manager on shift as tracking of the give away. These receipts are expected to be balanced at the end of the shift when compared to the register reading. Differences will initiate a discussion with the Manager regarding these procedures described, if failure to balance becomes a consistent issue it could result in further disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
